Less than Rs 32,000 Gross Salary Federal Govt Employees Allowed Special Allowance
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finances and Revenues, the minimum wages has been raised to Rs 32,000 per month, starting from 01 July 2023.
Latest News Abouts Increases in Salary of Governments Employees
This decisions ensures that’s all federal civil servants will now receive a minimum monthly salary of Rs 32,000.
Additionally, government employees currently earning below this newly established minimum wages will receive a special allowances to bridge the income gap.
Pay Raise Approved Govt Employees Set To Receive Increased Dalaries
This announcement follows a significant pay hike for government employees in November.
According to ARY News Revised Salaries
Under these revisions, the minimum salary for MP-1 2017 employees saw an increase to Rs 532,000, reflecting a raise of Rs 33,000.
Similarly, the salary of MP-1 2023 employees was raised by Rs 47,850, reaching Rs 772,000.
According to ARY News, for MP-2 2017 employees, the salary was raised by Rs 27,225, bringing it to Rs 290,000. In comparison, MP-2 2023 employees now receive a salary of Rs 421,000.
More over, the salaries of MP-3 2017 officers were increased to Rs181,500, whiles MP-3 2023 officers now earn Rs 263,000.
These adjustments mark a significant step by the federal government to address the economic challenges faced by the work force in light of the current inflationary pressures.
