Pakistan To Slash Hi Speed Diesel Prices By Up To Rs 7 Per Litre From December 1, 2023.

The Pakistan caretaker government on Thursday announced that the prices of petrol would remain unchanged at Rs 281.34 and slashed high speed diesel “HSD” by Rs 7 per litre, for the next fortnight.

In a notification the Finance Division stated that “the government of Pakistan has decided to maintain the current prices of petrol for the next fortnight”.

It further said that the prices of Hi Speed Diesel “HSD” were slashed by Rs 7 and Rs 3.82 per litre.

Revised prices to take effect from 1 December 2023.

Following a fall in the international oil rates in Pakistan.

In a fortnight review, the government slashed the prices of high speed diesel “HSD” by Rs 7 per litre, bringing it from Rs 296.71 to Rs 289.71 per litre.

The other products prices of kerosene oil (SKO) and light diesel oil (LDO) have been slashed by Rs 3.82 per litre and Rs 4.52 per litre respectively.

Following the reduction in the prices, the SKO has been reduced to Rs 201.16, while LDO’s new price is Rs 175.93 instead of Rs 180.45 per litre.
